The Anvil Guarantee: 30 days. Money back. No hoops.
If a Brannforge piece doesn't earn its place in your rotation, return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price.
What you can return
- Apparel and gear bought on brannforge.com.
- Pieces you've tried on, trained in and washed. They don't need tags.
How to start a return
- Email support@brannforge.com with your order number and the items you're sending back. You don't need to give a reason.
- We reply within 1 business day with a prepaid return label for US orders.
- Pack the items and drop the package off with the carrier on the label.
Return shipping
Returns are free. We email you a prepaid return label.
Refunds
Once your return arrives, we refund the item price to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
Exchanges
Need a different size? Email us. We send a prepaid label for the original and ship the new size free as soon as your return has a tracking number.
Damaged or wrong item
Email us within 30 days of delivery with a photo. We'll replace it or refund it, and you won't pay to send it back.
