Most bottles carry water and nothing else. The ForgeFlow Bottle, in Black, Blue or Pink, holds your phone too. Its built-in magnet keeps your rest timer and playlist in view instead of face down on a sweaty bench. Train the way a smith works: strike, rest, strike again. Fill the bottle before the warm-up and park it by the rack until the last rep. Between rounds, take a drink and check the countdown on your phone. Then bring it to work, out to the trail and back to the gym every day you show up.
